Summary of the Project
We have already developed mobile apps for both IOS and Android those are already using Amazon and Google API for face detection and recognition. [MOBILE APPs ARE READY AND WORKING- no need any front end or design work]
We need you to add OpenCV for the apps and create an online database to query the request before asking Amazon and Google. This online database should be updated based on the results coming from Amazon and Google.
Sample Workflow
1. Capture the face with OpenCV
2. First, check the online database that the app is using and recognize the person if it is in the database already
3. If not found in the online database request the response from Google API and Amazon API in orderly.
4. Show the result to the user and update the online database
Requirements for OpenCV
• OpenCV face recognition
• Storing the recognized faces in the online database
• Searching the recognized online database firstly from the mobile app
• If not found in the online database, re-searching recognized the face in Amazon API and Google API, and then register that in the online database
Software development skills
• Mobile development skills
o Advanced skill set in both Android ve iOS coding
o Advanced skill set in Java or Kotlin for Android, Swift for IOS development
o Capable of data transfer by using OpenCV language
• Server-side coding skills
o Knowledge in MySQL and/or MariaDB
o Coding with PHP and advanced MVC knowledge
o Knowledge in REST API coding and ability to code API from scratch
o Advanced knowledge in Client-Server communication protocols including the encryption
o Unix-based server knowledge
• Additional information
o Have the capability to notice issues and recommend the resolution
o Drive the project by providing guidance and recommendations both technically and functionally
