I want to have a android exam system where users can download the application on their phone and can login into it and give tests .it should have option of free tests and paid tests , and user can buy that test with credit/debit card attached to payment gateway ( can have integrated payment system/or we can also forward the request to our online shop ). And the test should have graphical analytics( OPENGRAPH API). Budget is economical . So plz contact if u are genuine coder and can do it fast in less amount.
