Make a HTML template for eBay mobile responsive

We need the google page speed maintained, this is very important, for both desktop and mobile, so please check it before starting the job, if you don't feel confident, please don't apply. We can only provide the html on the page as it is, and please note that eBay will probably not allow Javascript, please make sure to check what they allow in their descriptions, it would be a waste to finish the job only to see that eBay don't accept the description due to java or other things. If you require to test the code, you will have to provide me the html, I will upload to eBay, and give you the link, I cannot provide the eBay login details due to security reasons.
