The project is basically a bill payment application, which needs to be developed in Hybrid Framework(IONIC Recommended) which will work on both Android and iOS platforms. Bills include mobile recharges, water bill payment and DTH recharge. All API's for the app is developed in SOAP. We also need to integrate payment gateway API, which has the concept of card tokenization for storing cards. The user will be able to register in the application through manual signup and signup through facebook. Once signed up user will be logging in-app using a pin which will be created during sign up process. You will be provided a complete set of HTML's and API's for the application. Please only bid if you are proficient in Hybrid app development and will able to do this project within the deadline. We want this project to be completed before 6th of Jan. SOAP API post calls are mandatory for the project and i would like to see a dummy app using soap api call before awarding project. Bid only if you are willing to work in deadline and in given cost.
