Write an Android application + Backend side API

Hello , This project is about building an android application and the backend side Api to work with the App. First of all we would like to deal with an organization better than one person to insure the stability and availability of the work to be done. Second excellent English communication is a must , any miscommunication or if the employed freelance company/organization fails to understand or deliver the task they will be back charged for the time wasted and we will not pay any of that. Third the project bid should be divided into tasks and the whole project should be offered in a table format with each task and its respective hours required for delivery in the same row along side with any notes or questions. Fourth the organization should know the agile working procedure as there will be changes along the way of the project and must be able to cope with the changes immediately. Fifth the project is a very small application with around 8 Activities give or take .google analytics api and google maps api shall be incorporated within the appilication .the details of the application will be disclosed according to your questions and offer . ___any bid that doesn't follow the procedure will be neglected .
