Write a Cross Platform Apps (iOS / Android / Windows) using Xamarin

A small scale cross platform Mobile Apps for taking photos and on with basic drawing features. FUNCTION LIST - Phase 1 - Take or Load Photo from Library - Tools: Hand drawing / Draw Square / Draw Circle on the Photo - Select line width and select color for above three tools - Type text on top of the photo - Select text color and background color - font color and background color can select % of transparency - Add remark and put under the photo. e.g. Photo on the top and add a white section under the photo with user input remark - Save the photo with all drawing and remark as PNG - Listing Page with all saved PNG Photos - Phase 2 - User Login page with Download Staff function - We will provide a API to load the data - Once user downloaded the staff then the apps can login locally - Task Listing page - Once user logged in will show Task Listing page - A Download Tasks button for user to download tasks. We will provide the API to load data - Downloaded tasks store at device locally - Photo Listing page - Once user selected the tasks then will goto Photo listing page (this page same as Phase 1 Photo listing page but under the same tasks. - Merge with Phase 1 - Same as Phase 1 functions but each photo under one task - Each task can have more than 1 photo - Upload photos to Server - Upload all taken photos to server. We will provide a link for apps to upload photos. - Uploaded photos need to mark as uploaded and next Upload will be skip to avoid upload 2 times. - Need to zip all require to upload photo into 1 zip file before upload QUOTE - MUST BE USING Xamarin ([login to view URL]) to develop - Required iPhone / iPad / Android Phone / Android Tablet / Windows Mobile - All platform using the same layout - Layout will be provided - Please split Phase 1 and Phase 2 by two quotes.
