Write an iPhone application to match existing website

I want to create an app that will complement an existing website. App details: * Customers can sign up on the app or online and take photos. The photos are pushed to technicians phones within a radius. * Technicians can sign up online or on app. They are only charged when they accept a job. The fee is 10% of the job. Some minor changes will also be made to the website, they are: No longer will the customers be able to name their price. So we will remove this option from the damage report form. Instead technicians will quote the damage, so they will need a quote box on the web and same on the iphone app. The home page will consist of a google map and a search bar. This will locate all technicians in our database and pinpoint them on the map. See the mock up example attached Also, I want all users to have a quick sign up. They enter a username and their email address and confirm and get their password. Same with the app. They can then complete their profile when logged in. Customers will no longer pay a $10 fee, instead technicians will pay a 10% fee upon accepting a job. Also, Customers will be the ones who choose the technician. The way it is now the technician claims the job.
