Dropping protective order

I am a paralegal located in the Ohio area and am familiar with this type of work and have been doing legal assistance and legal document creation for over five years. I understand that you have placed a protection order on your husband and would now like to remove the order. In order for us to do this, I would first need to know what type of protection order was placed on your husband (temporary, domestic violence, etc). After we have that established, I would then need to create a motion to modify that you would need to take to the domestic relations court and file. The process after that is unfortunately out of either of our hands and it would be up to the court on whether they will release your husband from the order or not.
