IP Board 3.4.9 - Deleted my admin account, need help making new one

Well I made several accounts to test out some features on a new IP Board (Forums) I was making. The site I am building was recently migrated over from a SMF Board so it was somewhat screwy. I went to merge my accounts together and ended up locking myself out of admin. However, it wasn't a simple fix as in editing the usergroup to 4 (which is my admin group) and all is well. For some reason it still is not working. I think it may be my password. This should be a breeze for someone to make some quick cash. If you bid under my budget please be prepared to be hired immediately.
