Add debugging info to a .NET service

I have a .net service written in c# sometimes i would like to add to it a few levels of debug logging. it should be set in the config file of the service In order to get this bit please include the word "Light" in your response. In order to get this bid you would need to add the logging to the file and send it to me without source and you may add a time limit like a hr or half a hr i should not be able to use it before i pay after i pay you would release the source.
