Technically, it's a little of hard to call exe file from IE browser since it has security protection action, other ones should be ok, please ping me if you 're serious wanting to develop the extension, I can do all of them. thanks. Simon

Hello, my name is Cornelius. I develop using various programming languages and I often find myself combining them. Here's a list of some: C/C++, C#, Java, Visual Basic, Python, Prolog, LISP. On the web-programming experience side, I also practice HTML, CSS, Javascript, ASP.NET, ColdFusion, Adobe Flash. I have once completed (if you take a look at my profile page) a pretty complex Firefox/Chrome/IE extension (toolbar) + plugin project which combined mainly 3 of these languages and also XUL/Javascript programming. The task you need doing is, in comparison to that, much more easier (that project took 1 month to finish). I can do what you requested in 5 days maximum. I suspect it will be less. If you agree to collaborate, I can start as soon as that happens.
