Execute a program from different user credentials - repost

I have an infopath form and associated code behind (c#). When a user from his client machine, clicks a button on the infopath form, an exe program should be executed with commandline parameters in cmd. The output of the program is a pdf file, which should be saved in the infopath form deployed server. I have the user credentials of the server. How can this be done. Please do not bother about the output pdf file. This is happening via the exe I'm invoking.
