Simple .net WCF Application for starting Processes

I have a simple .net application request. The application is a .net 4.0 WCF service that exposes a single method. That method, called StartProcess, takes in a process name. The method kills any processes with that same name that are currently running and then starts a single instance of the process. It returns true if the process was started successfully. Any exceptions thrown while trying to do this will be rethrown as FaultExceptions to the client. This is very simple and should not take longer than a few hours to implement.
