Social Networking in ASP.NET

I need to build a social networking site that has the standard functionalities such as blog, forum, etc but also some additional functionalities which I will not publish in public. I am a web developer myself and have had more than 9-year experience in the industry so I know what I'm doing except I am so lack of time since I just get married, etc. I need to get this up and running as soon as possible because there is a huge potential therefore I need to work with an exceptional developer who have the following skills/experience: - ASP.NET and C# and SQL 2005/2008 - Extending [login to view URL] - Creation of custom controls - Putting HTML cut-up to ASP.NET - Enterprise architecture with LINQ to SQL and Repository Pattern - Logging and exception handling - Tortoise SVN source control - Web security I have built some of the functionalities but it's still quiet a bit far from where I want it to be.
