Patent website project

This website project will display patent information from a database of patent data. The project will require: -Patent data is formatted in sgml. I will need the dev to use an sgml parser to process the patent information and allow storing it in some form of database. This may be sql server, or might be a cloud based db, depending on the final design. -The website will be based on .Net MVC4 and will display the processed patent information. Linkable data will link out to other pages- ie, referenced patents will link to the page for the patent that is referenced. -The website will display additional pages for each patent showing the patent in other languages. The developer will need to write code that calls an API that translates the patent information into other languages, and then stores these translations in the same database. -the website should be a simple theme without heavy formatting. The twitter bootstrap theme will be fine for this. -The website will need to have seo features, such as descriptive titles, social buttons, and [login to view URL] tagging to enable search engines to find the important aspects of the patent data. These will need to be enabled also for alternative language versions of the pages. -This project is for a version 1 of the site, considered a proof of concept. A followup project will add features, improve scalability, and fix bugs as needed to grow the website.
