I have the template of a website ready and waiting to be used in a Visual Studio 2008 Web Project. I need someone to create me an empyt Visual Studio 2008 web project containing one main thing - a site wide layout using Master Pages based on my pre-created website design. (see [login to view URL] for a better idea of where I am up to) The basic 'skin' of the website includes a menu bar across the top, with a secondary navigation bar further down on the right of the page. This secondary navigation bar varies depending on the tab selected from the top menu bar. I need somebody who can take this template and create me a master webpage to be used as the skin ASP.NET web site. When clicking a tab from the menu bar across the top, the tab should change so that it looks like it is selected. The menu bar across the left will also change depending on which primary tab is selected, so knowledge of nested master pages is essential. Knowledge of creating a site-wide layout using Master Pages using Visual Studio 2008 is essential, as is nested Master Pages, css stylesheets, HTML design, and general expert knowledge and experience in creating ASP.Net web project designs using master pages.
