Topaz Signature Pad Coding to Integrate with my software

We purchased Topaz SigLite LCD 1X5 T-L460-HSB - Signature terminal - Wired - USB - PC. This hardware will be connected to computer via USB port. You should create a windows application to view a sample form (TIFF and PDF) which the customer is supposed to sign after reading the form. The forms is located on windows file system. User will open the form from open dialog window. He will read that form on monitor screen. Then User will sign his signature on Topaz signature pad. That signature should be inserted in to the form with date and time. Signature location on the form is not in the same position (X Y coordinates) for all forms. Then user will save the form with clicking save button. If we view the saved form, signature should be visible. In summary we want user to sing our forms using Topaz signature pad. The is the project. Topaz signature pad provided SDK to do the coding.
