We are looking for a Network Engineer to join our team. The Network Engineer will provide the following: 1. Design, implement and manage requested network enhancements approved by the SO and ISSO -Development Environment: Implement a dedicated IT development environment for testing patches and updates, system changes, and evaluation software. -Wireless Connectivity: a secured wireless LAN within the system boundary with the proper IT Security access restrictions. -Patch management: automate the IT Security patches process required to keep the system secure. -Implement modifications to the existing system boundary, which may include changes to VLANs and physical connectivity to other EMES systems. [login to view URL] remote desktop technology for the workstations to allow the Help desk to troubleshoot and fix desktop problems remotely. [login to view URL] innovative and cutting edge solutions to network issues/concern. -Provide business case analysis for varying solutions and include a cost benefits analysis for each solution.
