Write a Formal Letter to a corporate company in English.

Hi, It was the starting of 2021 when a corporate company vacated my building in which they were on rent since 3 years. At the time of vacation the staff members including the manager(with name) had caused a very bad mess on our floor. The arcylic walls and ceiling which the corporate company makes and leaves it as it is when the rent out, it was all into pieces!! leaving my floor all messed up...brick walls of my floor had plaster coming off because of the unscrewing process was very badly done. Highlightes.. *strict action should be taken against the staff members * we as landlords were very helpful to the company when during lockdown we waved off the rent for 2 months. *On this behavior of ours, we didnt expect the company to be so rude and batameez. I want you to write a letter against the company(of delhi)regarding these points..so that staff members ko ache se samjh aaye ki hum bhi koi action le sakte hai. And we also want to make them Apologise for the same. And company should give us rebate for our loss otherwise this complaint shall be sent to more higher officials.
