Designing Data Collection Sheets for gathering the Organization Hierarchies, Employees data. Then developing DB scripts to upload the data collection sheets to the temporary tables the using the HRMS API’s re-uploaded to the HRMS system. Good command in the forms and SS Pages personalization to cope with the business needs. Design and develop an Approval process solution so the users administrate the approvals chains for their business process on the level of the organizations and positions and employees (each level is overridden by the higher level). Develop fast formulas for PTO and Payroll elements Developing customized concurrent process for payroll costing. Implementing the security model for the HRMS and SS users (designing task flows, Menus, Responsibilities and Security profiles). Implementing alerts needed for different system users for many events across the financial Modules. Configure the Mailer so all the SS notifications was sent and replied via the Email of the users.
