Hi,
I would like the users to be able to not have to see more than the number of results per page that they would like to see. The script (boltsearch) does not have a page function on it, meaning, all the results are shown on one page. I'd like to have it so that the default would be 10 results per page and the user can change that if they'd like by using the "advanced search" form. Also, at the top of the results and the bottom should be something like Metacrawler where it tells them how many pages there are. Example, there are 4 pages of results. ( 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 Next) And they can click on any of the pages to go to the page of results.
The script itself is horribly written! Nothing is indented and hardly any comments. However, it was easily done by a PERL complier to make it look nicer, but my server doesn't like how it did it and gave a 500. The variable names are very random. Like the variable for the query is something like $formtixxx and the one of time is $duptivw3. So, it will be a bit of a challenge.
Also, if you can make it so that the variables for modlist and such can just be like $ty instead of $modlist so that in the URL it will be [login to view URL] that'd be great!
Please let me know if you have any questions. I have attached the file for you.
