Affiliate Software Not Credit For Sale When Surfers Hits The Landing Page

I currently use an affiliate program called Ultimate Affiliate also know as groundbreak. Currently it is tracking clicks and impressions however it won't track the sale/lead when the surfer hits the landing page. I need someone that knows how to work with Ground Break in order to fix this problem. Also, I need the webmaster's affiliate id to carry over the database where the lead is recorded. I only have the code that is on the server. I recently had a harddrive crash and lost the original copy of the program.
