90439 Open source dictionary assist

There are a number of open source dictionaries out there, and we are looking for someone to obtain one and produce a text file for us with a subset of its information (so we can suck it into our db.)

We are developing a game that needs long english words and their definitions.

We are looking for someone to produce for us a text file containing English words over 8 characters in length, and ONE (its primary, or first listed) of its english definitions. Separate fields with pipe character.

Format:

WORD | Definition

Example:

communication | the act or process of communicating, fact of being communicated.

organism | a form of life composed of mutually interdependent parts that maintain various vital processes.

etc.

Alternatively: if you know how to create a mysql table, we'll pay extra if you can give us a Create Table definition for this partial dictionary. Columns "word", "def".

It is important that your word/definition source be open source, or otherwise freely usable by other websites.

Please indicate in bids whether you're offering to provide a TEXT file or a MYSQL database definition with the information we require.
