PSD templates for wedding photographer

I am looking for someone to design Photoshop PSD templates.
I'm a wedding photographer and need these to help create collages to present to my wedding clients after I shoot their wedding.
All templates will be different sizes at 300dpi.
The layers must be open and editable.
I want to be able to open a photograph in Photoshop and click and drag them into the desired location on the templates. The text and fonts must also be editable so that I can change them and write the names of people and dates of their wedding.
I am attaching a sample picture of how I would like the templates to look. Keep in mind I don't want them all to look the same. I want different backgrounds, different colours and different designs with respect to how many photos I can place in a template. This is a sample only.
The winning bidder will be given many more templates to use as samples and as a guide. I am looking for someone to work with me long term. I need hundreds of templates for my wedding photography. When that project is done then I will want to move on and do similar projects for family portraits, high school senior portraits, engagement portraits, and so on. So I could possibly be looking to have thousands of templates created for me over time.
Please note that when you submit the file to me and payment has been made, the template becomes my property and cannot be used again by anyone else. I know there are companies out there that create and sell templates like this, but I don't want to use what every other wedding photographer is using. I want my own templates so I can show clients and they understand they can only get those photographs and templates from me. I don't like using the same tools as my competition photographers because then we all become the same. I want something to stand out so the clients will choose me to photograph their wedding and not someone else.
I am willing to pay $2 per template to start. So this job is for $30 for 15 templates. I will give instructions on the sizes and designs of the templates. After the job is complete, if I am happy with the templates I will give you a raise and pay more money for all future work.
If you can copy the sample I am attaching for proof that you can do this job, I would like to see it. You can place a watermark over the template so I cannot use it. I'm not looking for a free template; I simply want to see the work you can do. You can change it a bit if you want to show originality. The best template wins the job and will be used for all my templates in the future, which I will need thousands.
Please remember the sample I am attaching already has photos placed into the boxes which I would need to be empty. This is the areas that I want to click and drag photos into.

I've had lots of responses with people giving me links to view their Photoshop work. Please don't do that. I don't care if you can restore photos or remove subjects from a background - I can do that too and it is not what I'm asking for.
I will not read any of those bids simply because if you took the time to read mine, you will notice that I'm not asking for that type of work, but I am asking you to use the sample photo I provided to show me if you can create editable layers with it. If you don't read my description, I won't read yours. Show me what you can do with the sample photo or something similar, not that you can change colors and remove backgrounds!
