Duplicate artwork in high res

I have an image I wish to change I have attached a low res image with burred out text and logo all i want is the main background graphics the green leaf and the bottom green with the swirls , however I want NONE of the left bulleted text the right logo and text ,the bottom left text and the bottom right logos. I am not expecting a duplicate of it as I doubt you will be able to fine the same image however as close as possible. I would like a low res image to show before i buy the services.
