Hello Sir, You have to provide the courier's api documentation link . I can do this job perfectly as I have experience in working on magento and payment gateway integration. For this I have understand the parcel perfect workflow properly and write a magento module which will connect to Parcel Perfect and fetch rates, create waybills and and get the waybill number back into magento via http get method and response from the parcel perfect.
