353760 multiple countdowns and bids

Hi, i need several scripts: 1. multiple countdown and refresh data for each item from Mysql 2. place bids and increase left time 3. user's availability to create robot that will automatically place bid if they're not highest bidders. They can choose lowest and highest price and number of bids that they want to use. you can inspire yourself at auction portal [login to view URL] I want only AJAX scripts + description how to combine it with php. PHP and MySQL aren't problem for me. I need it to next tuesday (29-09-2009).
