I have a PSD design which I need to convert into a " Responsive " Wordpress Theme, if you do not know what responsive means, I'm 99% you will not know how to do this, so Please only bid if you know what responsive themes are. The theme will consist of just the home page and a simple subpage based on the same design of the home page, only thing that will change will be the content.
Submit examples of " responsive themes you have created " any other examples will be ignored.
