Web hosting CMS solution: SUMMARY We are a tightly regulated organization and support our team of sales representatives. Our sales people are all independent contractors and often do business using a different DBA (with a different business name). Being that all content (web site/marketing material) must be reviewed (by our company) before being distributed I would like to build the following CMS solution so that we could provide our sales people a easy to use website template system. Sales people will be given a few (4 -5) templates to use. They will use the CMS to add/customize/upload content. The Sales people /customers will have the ability to login and update any of their content as often as they choose. None of their content should go live until the (new / editions) content have has been approved. APPROVAL PROCESS Sales people/customer can make any updates and have the ability to preview their content. When they are satisfied they will then choose to submit the content for approval. The will trigger an email to the personnel to login and review the proposed content. The person reviewing / approving can also make proposed changes as well as only approve some (and not all pages/content). ADDITIONAL NOTES CMS should also include an admin control panel to monitor request and make account changes. Code should be written in PHP and data will be stored in MySQL.
