23608 Fix two php bugs

I am currently using the social networking script phpfox. There are 2 bugs that are critical and need to be fixed. Here are the details: 1) When invitation email is sent by member "A" to memeber "B", he gets a link in email inviting him to join the network. When member "B" clicks on the link and comes to the site and signs up, member "A" is not in member "B"'s friends list. This is also the case with member "A" that even when member "B" has signed up using the invitation code sent by member "A", member "B" is not in member "A"'s friends list. I need this to be fixed, the process should be that whenever invitation email to join is sent and the person being invited signs up, he/she should automatically be added to the friend's list of the person who invited him/her and vice versa. 2) During signup, if the country is not United States, the form gives an error asking the person to enter zip code or select a state. I want to disable this so only if the country is United States and the member doesn't fill in the zip code box or select a state, he/she should be asked to fill that in. If any questions, pm me...
