356506 Internet Radio Website

I need an internet radio station website made. I will provide the template. I need to be able to upload all the music to the webserver and it plays directly from there. I need a player on the site with like a control system that showes the song name artist...a start and stop button..equilizer...ect. I need the site to have admin area where stat and stop the website from streaming as well as change the ip/port address so that in case i need to do a live event and use like sam broadcaster using teh same ip/port i can. then once teh live event is over i can go back to the site and turn it on. Also in the admin area i need a slot where i can change the ip/port incase i have to change the shoutcast servie providerin the future, example is like of ip and port. 34.908.98:8000 Basically i want like to stream the music from the website with the ability to turn it on and off at will and insert the stream ip/port address at will.
