Code fixed for database editor using EditWorks

We're using a test editor similar to the one on the RentACoder forms. The product DevEdit (EditWorks) has a glitch when used in combination with the editing form. It creates a double ' that doubles each time the form is saved. So code that starts out like: <a href='[login to view URL]'> The program uses .asp so becomes: <a href=''''[login to view URL]''''>, and so forth. Let me know if you have experience with content editors and how long you expect this to take to fix. Speed is important.
