Family Website via ASP.NET

Need a family website based on ASP.NET that can accept logins, display graphic representation of family trees based on GEDCOM files (there are dozens of freeware\shareware to assist on this part), general history pages, and a bulletin board. There will need to be some graphics work. The logins can keep personal contact info which can be shown on a summary Contacts page. Only the logins will be able to post to the bulletin board. I would like to have the logins capable of uploading there own pics with comments. Whether the pics/data/text is stored via file system or db is not important. ## Deliverables I have? some starting pics but for graphics but much of the design will be left to your arts. Please make use of CSS. I love flashy (Flash\Silverlight is welcome) but not at the expense of large page? load times. The only graphics work (outside of headers/side bars/menus) will be the main page. I would like a large graphic of "The Punnett Family Website" in caligraphy. If simple Flash/Silverlight can be added to add to the coolness factor then that's a bonus.
