181656 Real time bids

We have a Flash based site currently being developed. By clicking on the Auction button on the site we desire that the user be taken to an auction function to be feature for feature like the site www.bidz.com. We desire this feature to operate problem and conflict free with our current flash based site. The information presented to the user must show bids in 'real time' without having to refresh the page as is done on the [login to view URL] site. It is imperative that this auction part of the website be developed based on our original web design. We will provide the relevant background via graph or flash file and you will be required to integrate the bids function to that design. A graphic version of the site is located below. Although in this rendering it looks like a HTML page it is actually built with Flash. We require that the designer develop the real-time bids part of the website and it be based on our design and identity. You can either develop the bids part based on the background graph we offered, or if you are proficient in Flash you can develop the auction portion based the flash file we offered. We have some special requirements: 1) We don¡¯t need multiple categories like bidz.com. We just need simply one category ¡¡ìC like the page you can see when you click any category such as ¡¡ãfine art¡¡À on bidz.com. 2) The auction main page should be developed based on our original design (see below) and show some items (usually paintings and artworks) for biding. An individual auction page should also be based on our original design (see below). 3) We have no need for the [login to view URL] ¡¡ãstock info¡¡À, ¡¡ãblog¡¡À, ¡¡ãneed help£¬live chat¡¡À, ¡¡ãreturn items¡¡À, and ¡¡ãview refund¡¡À functions. 4) We do need the ¡¡ãhelp¡¡À category, but we will rewrite the information contained in that section. When constructing this section we require you to prepare a link and we will prepare all the information the link is directed to. 5) We have no need for the bid winner to pay for the item directly online via an online payment system. Instead, when the winner clicks the ¡¡ãpay for it now¡¡À button the system will direct the winner to an online form. The bid winner will be required to fill out the form (we have it already designed) and all the collected information will be either automatically stored in the database so that we can check later, or simply be sent to an email address that we have assigned. We will contact winner according the information they provides and tell them how to pay. 6) In the [login to view URL] ¡¡ãUpdate my registration info¡¡À, 1) change ¡¡ãbilling address¡¡À to ¡¡ãshipping address¡¡À ; 2)we don¡¯t need the ¡¡ãreceive update¡¡À options because we will not send out any promotional emails; 3) for the ¡¡ãterms and conditions¡¡À section we will change to the content to our own information. 4) for the¡¡À privacy policy¡¡À, we will change to our own information. 7) We don¡¯t need the function that states if a winner doesn¡¯t pay within a certain period of time, the item will be automatically re-listed and show expires in ¡¡ãview my order¡¡À. We will manually return the item to the bid category. Just ignore the automatic expiring of order function. 8) For some other functions, just make them like www.bidz.com. However, we need to customize the ¡¡ãbid¡¡À button and the color of the time so that will match the look feel and color scheme of our scroll design. In summary, we desire some of the functions like [login to view URL], and all of the functions shown on our scroll design background. We are very appreciative of creativity. If you have a better idea for executing the design of this function or have a much simpler way of providing the needed/required functionality we are interested in learning about this.
