Take audio, edit it and add to YouTube - Simple, Long Term Project(repost) (832902)

I’m looking for someone to take 5 tele-seminar audios that I recorded, edit them (i.e. take out the talking right before the tele-seminar starts and then at the end and add intro and exit music) and split them up into segments then create a basic power point type slide for each segment and post them onto my page on Youtube. So here is what you will be required to do 1- EDIT - Take the MP3 / wave audios I give you and edit them. Meaning take out the extra chatter / talking that takes place before and after the actual tele-seminar. Then add beginning and ending background music. 2- Break each audio up into sections, making each a length that would be good to use on YouTube (say 7 to 10 mins). Each tele-seminar is about 60 minutes to 1-1/2 hours, So you’ll be able to get a good amount of sections from each. 2- Take each section and create power point type slides to add to the videos that you’ll create. So here you’ll basically transcribe what I am saying, primarily the key points and create power point type slides to have a visual to go along with the audio. As you’ll see in my sample link at the bottom, I also want you to put a url to my site at the bottom of each video as well as at the very end along with a simple call to action like “Visit [login to view URL] now to sign up?? (I’ll let you know what this should say.) 3- Put each up on my YouTube page Every week I have a tele-seminar so I need someone who can also take each week’s tele-seminar and immediately do the same So the end result should be something like what you see here [login to view URL] We are looking for someone to work with on a weekly basis and long term. This is a pretty simple and straight forward project for someone who knows what they are doing so I do expect to receive unfair bids, please be reasonable. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
