Hi I would like top-rated coders to bid on this project please. I want a site similar to [login to view URL] creating where members can create an account, and upload their mobile phone **THEMES** and images for other people to download. They can choose from al of the various mobile phone makes and brands, JUST LIKE ON MOBILE9 Admin needs to be able to have full control over the adding of categories, removal of categories, member removal and adding, updating details etc. The final script will belong to me and you will not be permitted to re-sell the same script or command any type of control of the script - all rights will be handed over and belong to me. This site will have a main difference though - we will charge members to download some content although some content will still be free. Some content could be downloaded for free - the person who uploads the content in the first place will be able to choose, for every upload whether he wants to be paid for the downloads of it, and he must be able to change the option any time he likes. Out of every single paid download, admin will receive a cut of the payment, and the rest will go to the person who uploaded it. If this can be automated then great, else a better way of handling it will be for a members account to be updated with their earnings balance, and the members will get paid their cut, once per month via the paypal account registered in their members area. The cost to purchase a theme will be set at £1, with the content provider getting 50% and admin getting 50%. There could be a overrride facility so some members might want to increase their fee or decrease their fee, but admin will still receive 50%, however the default price shall be set at £1 I am keen to use a service which allows mobile phone payments to be taken for web content - perhaps a text message can be sent which gives details of a download location, and that location on their pc is only available for 48 hours, and is only tied to that one computer only, for security. There are companies which does this, so your job will be to integrate the two together to work seamlessly. Admin, must have the option to be able to choose to remove the admin fee from any members account. This is because I will have a friend who creates content, and we will share the profits. Finally any payments which are needed to be paid to content providers, must be able to be converted into a file which is uploaded to paypal for mass processing if this is the way forward (unless you can automate the splitting of funds).
