GPS Moving Map System

We are in need of an ongoing relationship with a programmer to develop and support this project. Project Scope: GPS Moving Map System based on current aviation charts. We will need the ability to scan in charts and overlay weather based on coordinates downloaded from National Weather Service. Need to be able to add information pop ups on mouse over of variouse objects on map. These info boxes will have numerous data such as communication frequencies, elevation, operating hours, etc... As charts are updated from FAA we will need to update electronally as well. In future electronic charts shoud be available from FAA thus eliminating many updating duties. Also need "Highway in the sky Navigation System" This will be a series of rectangles that one will fly through to reach destination, these will be in a forward viewing angle. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
