Random Letter/Number 7 digit genrator script/program

Hello, I'm looking for a script or program to be created that will perform the following functions: 1. Generate a 7 digit number/letter random strings 2. The random strings should include 3 letters and 4 numbers only. 3. The script/program will output 1000 random strings at a time which should be displayed so that it may be copied/pasted Here is a few examples: 133EECZ 1E41DCH E6451SD I need this project completed by tonight at 11:00PM est.
