OpenCart customization expert needed!

It's an existing project based on OpenCart but would like to do some amendments like the below: [login to view URL] -Submenus (I can only add one tree in the category) what is the possibility to have a tree like Phone & Tablets (Parent category in the top menu) > Phones (Sub Category) > Apple Phones ? – Now I can only have Phone & Tablets > Phones. -Account creation is not verified (valid user name – password – email – phone numbers), and a verification email for registered user to verify the account validity -Password change -Verification for the old password prior to change to a new password -Display a link for the comparison list in the top menu for products comparison, as when I make a comparison and navigate away from the comparison page, I do not see a direct link to get back to the comparison page again, I have to add something else to the comparison so I can see a link that will take me to the comparison page -Brand hyperlink should display as a link in the product display -Home page banners display, movement, and timing (needs to be more controllable) – or replaced with Flash movie if needed -Bulk emailing possibility -Live chat ability -Social Media (Facebook –Twitter – LinkedIn – etc..) inclusion in the website. -Featured Offers (Still can’t find the way to control it in relation to a specific product) Ex. Toshiba Laptop offer (to be displayed only for Laptop category viewers) - There is a module that we would like to have , its on [login to view URL] , The client will buy it and you just install it , or if you can tweak something similar in the admin panel where we can change the background theme dynamically to a picture we upload , and a way that we can control the fonts and tabs colors , then that would be nice, we need to cut the costs down as much as we can -Support for videos in the product displays & description Good luck for all!
