Drupal site modifications

I have a long list of changes a client needs for his website. Many changes include css styling changes but also some drupal content and ubercart changes. resizing image sliders, creating custom pages & products. The website uses ubercart and everything must work and not interfere with ubercart. Thinks like fixing broken & hard coded menu's -Fix hard coded pages & make dynamic -Fix sidebars -allow admins to edit product orders -increase slider image sizes -make it easier to add product sliders -make it easy to add featured images -fix various bugs -provide documentation for everything & how to use website.
