Drupal theme css customization

We are working on site which uses cti_flex theme ( zen subtheme ) we want to customize the color combinations , theme form fields , customize theme for views and panels you will just need to customize the CSS for the theme like changing font size , colors , altering size of form elements , customizing borders for different views , css output etc. currently the site is under development. [login to view URL] Once we complete all functional development we will need a designer to cuztomize the theme. looking forward for bids from freelancers who are proficient with drupal theming. Sorry to give very vague requirements. but once we work the project our we will be posting updates everybody is welcome to put estimated bid .
