ISC (ver 5.5.4) Customizations

Hello, We need to customize our website. This is a relatively easy project to anyone who has good knowledge of CSS, PHP and SQL. It is also required excellent knowledge and previous experience on ISC platform. It is very important to completely understand all the requirements before submitting any offer. Code stability and reliability is crucial, too. The documentation provides all the requirements is very detailed and contains explanations and screenshots. Also, freelancer must provide detailed documentation along with the deliverable. In specific this project includes the following modifications: Change the operation of the side products menu. The menu shows the main categories (when mouse is out), their subcategories and their sub-subcategories accordingly (when mouse is over on a main category). The current operation of menu is not the desired since in certain -size screens/screen resolution- cases, not all the Subcategories/Sub-subcategories are visible without scrolling down. I. Remove link from Subcategories & Sub-subcategories w/ no assigned products at categories menu, II. Sort Sub-subcategories. Mall-E is a multi-vendor platform based on ISC software (ver. 5.5.4). It is important to note that vendors will create their own products and assign them to categories where Mall-E’s administrator has created before. The main problem arises is that currently Mall-E has a huge number of categories with no products assigned to them. Switching those categories visible/not visible is not a solution, given the number of vendors that will join the store in the near future. Thus a solution is to automatically remove link from categories menu that has no assigned products by altering the SQL queries and sort (first those categories w/ active links and below those categories w/ no active links). In that ALL categories (appearing @ menu) and their child categories will be visible, but only those who have assigned products will be accessible. Scroll bar bug. When the mouse is over on Side Category menu (it doesn’t matter if you point a Main Category or Subcategory or Sub-subcategory) the scroll bar is starting to shrink. Although it is not affecting the operation it is quite annoying. I. Add number of products at Price panel II.
