Creating TASK in MS Outlook from email..

Hello Bidders, I require a script that would take some input from a html form for the following information: 1. Email Address 2. Subject 3. Description 4. Start Date 5. Due Date 6. Priority and create a email task which is then sent to the Email address of a outlook user, so that it becomes a task in the MS Outlook of the recipient. The script should run on a LAMP environment.
