I basically need a PHP script that allows me to offer custom hosting plans. The customer will be presented with a form where they put in the amount of space, transfer, emails, subdomains, etc. that they need. This then generates a subtotal, and they can choose to pay monthly, quarterly, yearly, etc. Once that is done, they are taken to another page where they put in their details (name, number, etc). From here they are sent to paypal to pay the amount (if you can add a 2checkout payment method as well i can give you $30 extra). The customer is sent a receipt with their order information.
For the admin panel I want to be able to set the variables (eg. what i will provide, space, transfer, etc) as well as the prices for the items (eg. .40 cents per 1mb). Also, I want it to keep a database of all of the orders that have been placed, and the ability to set factors to them (eg. payed, pending, etc.) it will also list the date that the plan was purchased and how long till they have to pay again (depending on whether they chose monthly, quarterly, etc) all within the admin control panel which is password protected. Also, a set up file for the database is required; Sort of like the setup file for osCommerce.
Finally, a mailing list for the clients - where I can email all of them or pick which ones to send an email to at one time.
I will provide you with everything in regards to the GUI. I have a design ready for it and the buttons, CSS, etc. I will be needing all exclusive rights and copyrights, etc.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
