We want a system built that will know when one of our eBay auctions closes out with a bid or a buy it now. We then want the system to send an email to the buyer with a link bringing them to our checkout system. We want a check done on the users country from the eBay system or shipping address from the sale looking for countries we do not ship to. If they are ok, then we want to identify Australian buyers and class them as different to the rest of the world (one extra payment method for them) If they are not Australian then they come to page and choose Visa/Mastercard/Amex we have two processors that need to be intergrated one that handles all 3 cards but only in $USD and $AUD and the another processor that only handles Visa/Amex but does 9 currencies. Mastercard users will need to have their auction total converted to $AUD using [login to view URL] rates and will be sent through the only solution that has Mastercard capability. Australians will be given direct deposit details or option for credit cards. We need to be able to mark items as paid and shipped from within the interface to this system.
