Need vBulletin expert to help with theme/skin

I have a new install of vBulletin: [login to view URL] I have tried to install this theme: [login to view URL] I see the new theme in my style manager within my admin control panel but i cant get it to show up on the site. I need someone to go in and trouble shoot and turn this new theme on for me. You may need to re-install it if i did it wrong but the install takes like 1 minute.
