This project shoud be a "no brainer" for someone who knows what they are doing.
My goal is to build a community website that will have a primary target of moms and families. The working name for the site is North Pole Families.
We are trying to to form a community that moms and families will associate with the warm and wonderful sense of family that the Christmas season brings.
I vision a free front end portion of the site where moms and families can create "My Space" types of pages for themselves. I also want a forumn section where the memebers can meet to share ideas (again mom and family related). I want to be able to advertise my products with side banners on the free section. I would also like to have a premium (paid) portion of the site where moms and families can go for more premium content. I would again like to have my product offerings throughout the paid portion of the site as well.
The overall goal... to bring people to the free section, offer products and a upgrade to the premium section with additional products available.
I am looking for the front end to have a WOW factor that will attract moms and families and keep them coming back so more of the better community functions (pictures, BLOGS, forumns, music) the better.
Feel free to use your knowledge to make the site as perfect as I am looking for,
