Setup, Install, Customize Wordpress blog

Hello,. I currently have a joomla based website located at: [login to view URL] I would like to setup a wordpress blog to be the website platform instead of joomla Essentially, I would like to do the following: Setup/install wordpress blog Install this theme: [login to view URL] Customize the above theme to look like attached screen capture: (I will provde psd file of the header images) Create categories on the blog like they currently are in the joomla based website... Copy over the content from the joomla pages into the wordpress blog... For example, each faculty member has a page... That content needs to be transfered to the wordpress blog... This must be done on a temporary folder, and will then be transfered to the root folder once it is up and running and working. I use google chat, so if you are on google and can CHAT I will be available at all times and we will probably continue to work together after that, as I always need programmers. thanks Thank You ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
