Website for advertising online games

I need a website in Chinese and English language for advertising games for mobile phones. The page should include a registration page with double opt-in (database schema will be provided) which can be done in PHP. Furthermore, a download section for the games is required as well as a template for a page which describes every game (with space for screenshots, game rules etc.). An example web site for the content is [login to view URL] but I find it somehow looks individual, I would like to have a more professional design. Any suggestions welcome! Further details (although I don't have so much more right now) will be given to the accepted bidder. A long-term cooperation is desired where content will be updated regularly. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
