Wikipedia content parser

I need a php script that retrieves the englich wikipedia content for a given keyword (URL-parameter) and extracts the introduction text, first paragraph, summary... however you call it. See the examples in the attached file! Where no summary text can be extracted like for [login to view URL](metals_and_non-metals), a configurable message has to be displayed. Sites like [login to view URL] which use the same data and copyright licence as Wikipedia may be used instead of Wikipedia if this makes the implementation easier. Automatic redirects like from [login to view URL] to [login to view URL] (metal capitalized to Metal) have to be handled. Links contained in the extracted summary-text have to be rewritten e.g. a link to /wiki/Biology has to be rewritten to point to /mydirectory/Biology or /[login to view URL] Simple caching of summary-texts for keywords has to be implemented: Caching backed by a mySql database. Updating of cache entries older than e.g. 1440 minutes. Removal of cache entries older than e.g. 10080 minutes e.g. once a day. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): .php + .sql files in a zip-archive (including folder hierarchy if necessary). 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
